I'm so excited about this direction in my work. I'm thrilled to take on the challenge of adding undulating leaves and accents that bring spontaneity and rhythm to my otherwise very controlled and calculated style. This particular piece was made on the potters wheel, carved by hand, smoothed, altered and glazed in frosty pink.
